South Indian food is truly a food for complete senses where low fat and high nutritional value makes it the most liked one when comes to name the most favourable food in India. South India is a region that has majority of states like Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. They all are distinct from each other in one and another way but the food si that common factor that brings the people together.

Andhra Style Chicken Curry

As the name suggest the exotic state of Andhra has flagship dish named as Andhra Style Chicken Curry where the aromatic magical flavours  of ginger –garlic paste when paired with Chicken Masala and curry leaves makes it a delectable food preparation.

Masala Dosa

The all time favourite, Masala Dosa is not just one of its kinds. Since experiments and foodies keep on doing something new every time, thus around more than 100 varieties of Dosa. Shechzwan, Paneer, Chilli-Chicken, Palak-Corn, All Veg, Crispy Dosa are few name in the list. This thin layered sheet of made up of paste of rice hen get flattened on a plane surface. Hyderabadi Biryani

Paal Payasam

A sweet dish prepared with a combination of rice and milk using a pinch of sugar and garnished with cashews and almonds. The perfect blend of rice on the milk makes it really difficult to distinguish from the taste of milk which get mingled with sugar giving a yellowish color with a magical aroma of Kesar.

Rawa Idli

The most soft dish amongst all south Indian dishes , Idli is the one that has been paired with sambhar and coconut chutney. This steamed preparation is light, low fat and good absorbent of water which makes one having one more after one.

Uttappam

This preparation looks similar to the pizza or pan cake where sweet and salted preparation garnished with vegetables like carrot, peas, tomato, beans and onion and served crispy. This is the most healthy and tasty breakfast which is equally famous in North India as well.   

Upma

Kappi-India Filtered Coffee

Vada & Sambhar

The doughnut shaped Vada is slated and crispy preparation which is mixed with Sambhar and coupled with coconut chutney is another delicacy from South India.
