Travel Route

Day 1: Cochin Arrival to Munnar
Upon your Cochin arrival, you will be greeted by one of our representatives, who will greet you and assist you in your Munnar transfers . enroute halt over Cheeyappara waterfalls. Thereafter continue your ride to Munnar which is full of green hills and tree plantations. The city offers panoramic and picturesque views. The place is unpolluted and far from the population. The cool breeze passes through you and makes you feel pleasant. On arrival, transfer to the hotel and rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight halt in Munnar.

Day2: Munnar
In the morning, visit the Pothamedu View Point which is popular for trekking and capturing beautiful pictures. Visit the Tea Factory and Museum and see the complete processing of Tea leaves. Spend some time at Devikulam Tea Plantation. Walk around the Blossom International Park and enjoy its scenic beauty full of exotic and lush green hills and plants. Experience the activities like roller skating, cycling and boating in the park. Visit the  Mattupetty Dam which is nestled over the hills, used for storage of water. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the Kundala Dam Lake. The last attraction is the Echo Point. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 3: Thekkady (Periyar)
The following day after breakfast you will be leaving for Thekkady through Cardamom Hills. Upon arrival, proceed for your check-ins and after a short relaxation, visit spice plantation and enjoy the leisure stroll through luscious plantations embellished with their raw aroma. In the evening, enjoy the delightful bird watching along with a enchanting boat ride in Periyar lake where you can catch the sights of both migratory and native birds. Overnight stay in lodge.

Day 4: Houseboat 
The following day commences with the boarding  on the scenic cruise along with the vast stretches of emerald backwaters. You can enjoy the scenic delights along with exquisite traditional; meals for lunch and dinner on board at houseboat. 

Day 5: Alleppey- Kovalam
Head towards Kovalam and transfer to the hotel. Enjoy at the Kovalam Beach which is surrounded by Coconut Palms over the golden sands. Thereafter you can enjoy varying delights of beach activities. Engage in several water sports activities like Swimming, water skiing, Para sailing and surfing along the beach which are quite an experience. Also enjoy the delights of ayurvedic massage and therapy which is quite refreshing and rejuvenating experience to encounter while your Kovalam excursion.
Overnight halt in Kovalam.

Day6: Kovalam To Trivandrum to Kovalam
Post breakfast, you will be heading to Trivandrum which  is the capital of Kerala. Upon arrival, proceed for the sightseeing and visit the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple which is built in the Kerala and Tamil style of architecture. Next stop is Puthe Maliga Palace Museum which exhibits the Travancore style of architecture. It houses a large collection of artifacts of ancient period. Another attraction is Napier Museum which showcases the cultural heritage of Kerala.  It includes gardens and Zoo. Visit the Sree Chitra Art Gallery which houses the beautiful collection of modern and classical paintings.
Please note Napier Museum, Zoo and Sree Chitra Art Gallery are closed on Mondays. Return Back to Kovalam. Overnight halt in Kovalam.

Day 7: Kovalam To Alleppey 
The following day after checking out from the resort you will be leaving for Alleppey. Upon arrival, proceed to embark upon the backwater cruise in a traditional houseboat where you can enjoy the serenity of surroundings, the sights of coconut grooves and peaceful vistas along with catching the glimpses of localites and the lifestyles they are leading in the nearby villages. Enjoy the gala dining in the houseboat along with the soothing sounds of glistening waters.

Day 8: Cochin Departure
The houseboat will lead its way to Cochin. Upon Cochin arrival, proceed for your hotel check ins. The rest of the day can be spent at discretion. Overnight stay in Hotel in Chennai.
