Tour Itinerary
Day 1. Chennai- Delhi – Agra
Arrive in the morning at the Chennai Airport and then board a flight to Delhi as per the scheduled time. You will be welcomed and greeted by our company representative at the Delhi Airport. The tour itinerary will be briefed out to you.
Depart for Agra by car and enroute stop at Sikandra and visit the Tomb of Akbar who was the Mughal Emperor. The mausoleum was constructed by a blend of Muslim and Hindu style of architecture.
Continue driving towards Agra and transfer to the hotel. Proceed to visit the Agra Fort which is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It houses some splendid buildings like Sheesh Mahal, Moti Masjid, Nagina Masjid,Diwan-i-Khas, Macchhi Bhawan, Diwan-e-Am and Meena Bazaar. Overnight halt in Agra.
Day 2. Agra- Delhi-Chennai
Early in the morning, enjoy the sunrise at the Taj Mahal which is a symbol of love and built by Shah Jahan in the memory of his wife-Mumtaz. Take the stunning pictures of sunrise with Taj Mahal. Return back to the hotel and after breakfast, visit the Tomb of Itmad ud daulah , also known as Baby Taj due to its resemblance with the great Taj Mahal.
Return back to Delhi by car and transfer to the Delhi Airport to board a schedules flight to Chennai cherishing memories of the tour.
