Tour Itinerary

Day 1. Arrival at Delhi
You will be welcomed and greeted by our company representative at the Delhi Airport and then escorted to your pre-booked hotel. The tour itinerary will be briefed out to you. Rest of the day is at your discretion. Overnight halt in Delhi.

Day 2. Delhi
Post breakfast, begin the day with the sightseeing of Old Delhi. Visit the Red Fort which had been an erstwhile residence of Mughal emperors. Now visit the Jama Mosque- one of the largest mosques in India. Enjoy the cycle rickshaw ride over the narrow lanes of Chandani Chowk bazaar which is densely populated. 
Head towards New Delhi and visit the old 73 metre high tower- Qutub Minar. Spend some time at Humayun’s Tomb which is inspired by Persian architecture. It was built by Humayun’s Wife. Drive past through the President’s House and Parliament House. Stop at the India Gate which is dedicated to the Indian Soldiers. At last, visit the Lotus Temple. Overnight halt in Delhi.

Day 3. Delhi – Sikandra – Agra
In the morning, depart for Agra and enroute stop at Sikandra and visit the Tomb of Akbar who was the Mughal Emperor.  The mausoleum was constructed by a blend of Muslim and Hindu style of architecture. 
Continue driving towards Agra and transfer to the hotel. Proceed to visit the Agra Fort which is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It houses some splendid buildings like Sheesh Mahal, Moti Masjid, Nagina Masjid,Diwan-i-Khas, Macchhi Bhawan, Diwan-e-Am and Meena Bazaar. Overnight halt in Agra.

Day 4. Agra
Early in the morning, enjoy the sunrise at the Taj Mahal which is a symbol of love and built by Shah Jahan in the memory of his wife-Mumtaz. Return back to the hotel and after breakfast, visit the Tomb of Itmad ud daulah , also known as Baby Taj due to its  resemblance with the great Taj Mahal. In the evening, spend some time at Mehtab Garden surrounded by the banks of Yamuna River. The beautiful shadow of the Taj Mahal can be witnessed over the lake. Overnight halt in Agra.  

Day 5. Agra– Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur
 After breakfast, depart for Jaipur. On the way, stop at Fatehpur Sikri – the Ghost Town. Admire its major attractions- Panch Mahal, Jodha Bai palace, Buland Darwaza,.
Continue driving towards Jaipur and transfer to the hotel followed by an overnight stay. 
Please note the Taj Mahal is closed on every Friday.

Day 6. Jaipur
In the morning, enjoy the ride on an elephant from the foot to the top of the hills of Amber Fort. The elephants are decorated with colorful clothes. Drive past the Jal Mahal which is submerged into the lake. It was built by Raja Man Singh. Another attraction is the City Palace of Jaipur which had been the former residence of the past rulers. Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal are the major parts of the palace complex. Visit the Jantar Mantar-one of the largest observatories. The last attraction is Hawa Mahal or Palace of Winds where 953 windows were built so that the royal women could witness the outside streets through these windows without being seen. Overnight halt in Jaipur.

Day 7. Jaipur – Ajmer - Pushkar
The following day after breakfast, you will be leaving for Pushkar. En route visit the Ajmer Sharif which is quite  a popular sufi shrine and is amongst the most visited place in Ajmer. The shrine was commissioned by Mughal emperor Humayun which can be entered through immense silver gates adorned with beautiful carvings. Thereafter continue your ride to Pushkar. The sacred town in the land of Royals is renowned for its largest cattle fair, Namely Pushkar Fair which is organized annually in the month of November.  Upon arrival proceed for your check-ins and after a short relaxation, move for exploring the pious lands of the town. The town houses a brahma Temple which is believed to be one of the rarest of the same category, along with Pushkar Lake which is regarded as holy lake owing to the belief that it was originated from the petals of Lord Vishnu’s lotus. The localizes believe that taking a dip in the holy waters can wash away all the sins. Overnight halt at Pushkar.

Day 8. Pushkar – Jodhpur
After breakfast, depart for the Blue City- Jodhpur and upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. After a short relaxation, proceed to explore the major attractions of Jodhpur such as, Mehrangarh Fort which is a massive fort, located on the top of the hills. Another attraction is Umaid Bhawan Palace which is the abode of Maharaja Umaid Singh and his royal family. In the evening, spend some time at the Clock Tower surrounded by the local shops which are famous for handicrafts, spices, leather products and many more. Overnight halt in Jodhpur.

Day 9. Jodhpur – Ranakpur – Udaipur
In the morning, leave for the city of Lakes – Udaipur and enroute, stop at Ranakpur to visit the famous Jain Temple where you will be mesmerized to see its majestic architecture. This marble temple has 1444 pillars with unique designs. Continue, driving towards Udaipur and get an assisted transfer to the hotel.

Day 10. Udaipiur
The following day after breakfast, you will be proceeding for the cultural exploration of the city which commences with the star landmark , The City Palace, which appears to be born straight out of the fairy tales owing to its breathtaking ambiance and spectacular grandiose. Later you will be visiting the Taj Lake Palace which is rested beautifully amidst the Pichola lake and look like a white pearl within the azure waters of the lake.  Thereafter you will be visiting the Jagdish Temple which apart from it’s spiritual aura is renowned for its eye pleasing architecture. Thereafter proceed fa visit to Sajjangarh Fort, Bagore ki Haveli and Saheliyon Ki Baori. In the evening you can enjoy the beautiful sights of Sunset while a leisure stroll along the shores of Fateh Sagar Lake. Overnight stay at Udaipur.

Day 11. Udaipur – Mumbai (By air)
Board a flight to Mumbai as per the scheduled departure. Upon your Mumbai Arrival, you will be greeted by one of our representatives who will greet you and assist you with your hotel transfers. The evening can be spent in leisure activities. Overnight stay in Mumbai.

Day 12. Mumbai
The following day post breakfast, you will be exploring the deam city of Mumbai. Visit the Elephanta Caves, a collection of cave predominantly dedicated to Lord Shiva and is listed amongst the UNESCO world Heritage Sites. Later explore other major attractions include Dhobi Ghat, Gateway of India,  an indo-saracenic arch structure commissioned in 20th century, Hanging Gardens and Juhu Beach. In the evening enjoy the beautiful breeze and picturesque sights of sea along the Marine Drive. Overnight stay at hotel in Mumbai. 

Day 13. Mumbai – Cochin
In the morning, board a flight to Cochin and upon arrival, you will be welcomed and greeted by our company representative at the Cochin Airport and transfer to your pre-booked hotel followed by an overnight stay.

Day 14. Cochin
After breakfast, proceed for the sightseeing of Cochin.  Visit the St. Francis Church which was built in 15th century. Pay a visit to the Matancherry Palace which is also known as Dutch Palace, housing the collection of Kerala murals and portraits. Visit the Kerala Folklore Museum exhibiting the artifacts and depicting the history of Kerala. Another spectacular attraction is Chinese Fishing Nets. In the evening, if time permits then watch the Kathakali dance performance which will amaze you by their costumes, makeup and face mask. Overnight stay in Cochin.

Day 15. Cochin – Munnar
In the morning, leave for Munnar which is full of green hills and tree plantations. The city offers panoramic and picturesque views. The place is unpolluted and far from the population. The cool breeze passes through you and makes you feel pleasant. Enroute, stop at Cheeyappara Waterfalls. On arrival, transfer to the hotel and rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight halt in Munnar.

Day 16. Munnar
In the morning, visit the Pothamedu View Point which is popular for trekking and capturing beautiful pictures. Visit the Tea Factory and Museum and see the complete processing of Tea leaves. Spend some time at Devikulum Tea Plantation. Walk around the Blossom International Park and enjoy its scenic beauty full of exotic and lush green hills and plants. Experience the activities like roller skating, cycling and boating in the park. Visit the  Mattupetty Dam which is nestled over the hills, used for storage of water. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the Kundala Dam Lake. The last attraction is the Echo Point. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 17. Munnar - Alleppey
Leave for Alleppey and transfer to the House Boat amidst the backwaters. Experience the best while cruising through the backwaters. Enjoy full day at the boat and visit the local markets. A separate room with all the required amenities is offered to the guests. Relish the taste buds in the dinner prepared by the chef. Overnight on house boat.

Day 18. Alleppey – Periyar
Head towards the Periyar Valley in Thekkady. Upon arrival, proceed for your check-ins. Spend some time at the Periyar National Park, which is a quite renowned elephant and tiger reserve. Experience the guided tour in the park and spot the wildlife animals. In the evening, enjoy the delightful bird watching along with a enchanting boat ride in Periyar lake where you can catch the sights of both migratory and native birds. Overnight stay in Periyar.

Day 19. Periyar – Madurai
The following day commences with a toothsome breakfast and thereafter you will be proceeding for Madurai. Upon arrival, proceed for your check ins and alter start exploring the major tourist delight of the city which include Meenakshi Amman Temple, which is dedicated to Meenakshi, a form of deity Parvati and her consort, Sundareshwar, a form of Deity Shiva, Thirumalai Nayak’s Place and Gandhi Museum, which is amongst the five Gandhi Museums of India. Overnight stay at Hotel in Madurai.

Day 20. Madurai – Rameshwaram
The following day you will be heading for Rameshwaram which houses one of the most renowned religious attraction of India, the Rameshwaram Temple, which is a prominent Jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva and is one amongst the Char Dham, the four pilgrimage sites of India. Other religious structures to visit here are Kothandaramaswamy Temple, dedicated to Lord Rama, Ram Jharokha Temple and Ramanatha Swamy temple. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 21. Rameshwaram – Kovalam
Head towards Kovalam and transfer to the hotel. Enjoy at the Kovalam Beach which is surrounded by Coconut Palms over the golden sands. Bask in the sun and relax your mind and soul. Overnight halt in Kovalam.

Day 22. Kovalam - Kanyakumari
The following day after having your breakfast, you will be leaving for Kanyakumari which is quite popular tourist pilgrimage site. The most popular attractions of the city are Vivekananda Rock Memorial, which was commissioned in 1970 in honor of Swami Vivekananda, Gandhi Memorial, Bhagwati Amman temple, a temple dedicated to Goddess Kumari Amman and is a 3000 year old structure, Suchindram temple and more. In the evening, enjoy the leisurely stroll over the pristine beaches of Kanyakumari. Overnight Stay at Hotel

Day 23. Kanyakumari- Trivandrum
Today after having your breakfast, you will be leaving for Trivandrum. Upon arrival proceed for your check ins and after a short relaxation proceed for your visit to Aruvippuram Shiva Temple, Sri Parshuram temple, Janardhana Swamy temple, Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Sreekanteswaram temple and Ganpati temple. Other sites to visit in Trivandrum are Naier museum and Chitra Art Gallery. Transfer to the airport to board the flight for the onward journey.
